The NHS Medway Maritime Hospital is a key facility for the Medway areas and is therefore a busy location. Steadline were engaged to remove the existing wearing course to the main car park and perimeter carriageways and the reinstate with a new wearing course. All surfacing and lining works were undertaken with Steadline resources. Repairs and cleaning  of the drainage system was also undertaken

Programming was key in order to allow the hospital to function normally with works being undertaken in a phased approach with the main works undertaken during weekend day times. Key to project success was communication with all stakeholders and clearly defined works areas
